| One of my favorite new foods is Schnitzel, and it is one of the easiest things in the world to make. It is coated pork. You just buy thin sliced pork chops (make sure they are boneless), bread crumbs, and real butter. Wash the pork chops, tenderize them, then dip them in flour, then in eggs, then in the bread crumbs. Put some real butter in a pan and fry them up. They are so easy but so amaze-ling good. No need for gravy. Just serve with a veggie and maybe some potatoes. My brother-in-law is German and he gave me the recipe. |
